Certainly saw and periodically tried to lose weight on a diet, limited itself around, throws kilogram 5-7 at the beginning and later frustrated and eats more. And then you know how it is. I say to myself - I'll start again tomorrow to lose weight - and what? There's some imaginary obstacles, business and weight loss is deferred. Forget about it for an indefinite period. And now, the figures on the scales more and more. And again in a vicious circle.

I woke up with resentment. Resentment at her husband. Which seemed to me in a rude manner praised my figure.

Yes, my husband said, of course, before I recovered. At just such moments, I tried to start a new diet. But this time, sounded like it hurt. Or maybe it happened all in one? Some kind of signal from outer space come from?

It turned out I had to understand what was happening to me, to see that all my health problems of excess weight. And there were many problems - this pressure and swelling and leg pain, lower back about I generally keep quiet, heart, made itself felt. Simply put it this way - I was hard to live. And all of this I was able to comprehend and understand - it is necessary to change something.

I motivate myself notable. And she began to study the information about proper nutrition. Sift any delirium, look for a rational approach to weight loss. Yes, this approach is not to get bogged down in the ice jams as before. Simply put, I was looking for a new way of life for a new themselves.

I realized one thing - you need to start immediately, without delay and without giving itself a delay. Erase from life all harmful foods - fried, flour, sweets, fast food.

I gradually beginning in May 2018. Excluded vrednyatinu: switched to green tea with jasmine sweet tea instead of black, stopped eating pastries. It changed the way of cooking - now only baking, stewing and boiling. Of the products began to buy for himself a chicken breast, fish, all kinds of vegetables, fruits, cereals.

Gradually, I found delicious and suitable for my recipes, experimenting with recipes. It has set for itself the drinking regime (before I did not drink water at all, dispensed tea and other beverages). And in the first month I managed to get rid of the strong leg edema.

During the first month that about nutrition I lost 5.7 kg.

At the same time, I never stopped reading and are screened information about nutrition and weight loss. And I came to the fact that successful weight loss is necessary to eat a calorie deficit - spending more than you consume.

But that is another story, it takes more willpower, perseverance and calculations.
