✅👌 Have you ever tried fried milk? No, not the one that escaped during boiling and burned to the stove. But I've tried such an unusual dessert, which my friend treated me to!

Such a delicacy is being prepared from the most common products, but at the same time it turns out unusually tasty and original.

And today I want to share with you this amazing and original recipe for a delicious dessert.

And I strongly advise you to try to cook it at least once. After all, without trying, you will never know how delicious it is, and perhaps it will become your favorite delicacy! 🥰

📕Ingredients for making dessert: 🥙

Basic set:
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 2-4 tbsp. l.
Vanillin or vanilla sugar - to taste
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Starch or flour - 2 tbsp. l. with a good slide
A pinch of salt.
For roasting and breading:
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 4-5 tbsp. l. (how much will it take)
Vegetable oil

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First of all, pour 450 ml of milk into the pan, set the remaining 50 ml aside for now, they will be needed a little later. We put milk on the stove, over medium heat. In the meantime, the milk heats up, take a deep bowl and break the egg into it. Add a little salt, sugar, vanillin and starch there. You can take even corn starch, even potato starch - whichever you like or have available. In general, it can be replaced with ordinary wheat flour.

First, we begin to gently mix with a whisk so that the starch does not scatter throughout the kitchen, and then we mix well, breaking all the lumps. The result is a fairly thick mass.

And now, gradually, in a thin stream, we begin to add the previously cast milk. The result is a homogeneous mixture. If, nevertheless, lumps have formed, you need to try to grind them right away, then it will be more difficult and longer to do this.

And here the milk has already warmed up! Pour our egg-starch mixture into hot, but not boiling milk. At the same time, we make the fire the smallest. With constant stirring, the mixture will be brewed until cream thick. And it will be thick enough that there will be a spoon in it.

Cool the resulting mass at room temperature, after cooling it will thicken even more. If at this stage you notice lumps in it, punch it with a blender or wipe it through a metal sieve. Then put it in any suitable shape or even a deep bowl. But, in any case, the mold must be smeared with butter, otherwise there will be problems with removing the cream. Then we tighten it with a film and put it in the cold for 1-2 hours, for final solidification.

After cooling down, put the frozen cream out of the mold on a flat plate or cutting board and cut into portions of any arbitrary shape.

Immediately proceed to breading and frying. We put a frying pan with oil on the stove, heat it over moderate heat. In parallel with this, beat the egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Pour a few tablespoons of flour into a flat plate. Dip each piece of the frozen cream in flour, then dip in an egg and bread in flour again. Put it in hot oil.

Fry until golden brown on one side.

Then we turn over the "milk", gently prying it with a spatula. We continue to fry until the second side is browned.

✨ Transfer the finished dessert to paper napkins to absorb excess fat. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Before trying the delicacy, you need to cool it down a little. Although chilled in the form, such a dessert is much tastier!
