Saturday morning started with breakfast. The breakfast consisted of two eggs and bread with buckwheat curd cheese (15 g) and fish pate (25 g). At breakfast I drank all my Vitaminka and a capsule of omega-3. I washed down with green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast came on 390 kcal.

Early morning was rainy. On the night was rain and did not want to stop. And so we wanted to go into the forest, to see how there is generally the case, and find at least one Mushroom. But the rain has spoiled all our plans.

For lunch - favorite cheese soup with 400 g rye loaves (10 g). I get dinner on 400 kcal.

It's so disgusting - water with oat flour, sugar, and still do not understand anything. What sense to replace them jelly those who have no intolerance of dairy products - do not understand. Marketing really works wonders. To 130 g of the coffee cake blueberry. The result undershot on 190 kcal. This snack (mainly coffee with milk) and was my mistake, perecherknuvshy Sunday.

And for dinner I had chicken breast, baked in foil (200 g raw) and a salad of tomato (100 g) and cucumber (60 g), seasoned with balsamic vinegar and herbs, which I'm still trying to grow on balcony.

Dinner came to 300 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1280 kcal.
