Many people suggest making a dough based on eggs, kefir and flour, then fry it, and then add the filling. It's long, tiring and a ton of extra calories. Our pizza will be based on lavash, that is, there will be no hassles with either dough or dough, and this is already pleasing.
But what I want to tell you is that such a pizza turns out to be just bombastic, everyone will gobble it up: children, adults, and guests - it has been tested more than once. Without exaggeration, believe me, deliciously unrealistic. Well, let's cook quickly!
Ingredients:
- Lavash - 2 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 80 g
- Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Dried sausage - 50 g
- Salt, pepper - to taste
So, cut the pita bread into equal pieces so that it is convenient to cook, so adjust their size to the diameter of your pan. Slicing can be either circles or rectangles.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Immediately put the first pita bread into the pan, grease tomato sauce.
Pour some cheese on top of the pita bread.
Cover with the next sheet of pita bread. Grease with sauce again, sprinkle with cheese. Make 5-6 layers in the same way. This will be our mega cheesy and tender base - super!
Spread the top layer of pita bread and sprinkle with cheese. Next, lay the sausage. You can add anything you want - mushrooms, meat, bacon, etc.
Cut the tomato into slices and place on top of the sausage.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the tomatoes. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for three minutes over medium heat.
Serve appetizing pizza right there to the table. As with tea, and with a glass of cold beer - the very thing, especially for unexpected guests.
