To roll it took me:
- list of Armenian lavash (130g took me in view of the cut piece - read on - it will become clear).
- chicken breast (minced or finely chopped) - 350 g
- low-fat cheese - 50 g
- 2 chicken eggs.
- Onions - 70 g
- olive oil - 5 g
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation.
The first thing is fried onions and chicken on a non-stick frying pan over a drop of oil, salt and pepper. If you have boiled or baked chicken breast, you can give it a second chance and used Rolls.
Cheese rub on a coarse grater.
Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper.
On pita bread (to make the edge of a double layer, not flowed to the filling - see photo) Put the chicken breast, cheese on top and pour the egg mixture (reserve a bit to lubricate the top of the roll).
Gently roll off roll, tucking the sides to the filling does not spill.
When you see that lavash enough, you can cut off the remaining edge.
From his sheet I cut where - is 10 cm.
Top roll lubricates the remaining egg mixture.
Harvesting in an oven at 180 g for 15-20 minutes. Keep the oven at all different to pita bread is not burnt.
