You will need:
- conventional curd (I home 9%) 150 g
- 1 egg,
- 20 g of rice flour,
- yogurt classic 50g (I used yogurt, you can also say the same),
- vanilla pinch,
- 2 sahzam bag / sachet
- peach puree 100g (my baby purees Fruto Babysitting jar).
All the ingredients are folded into the mixer and well whipped.
The result is such a weight.
Curd pour into a silicone mold.
You asked if I grease than form. The answer is - no! Silicone molds I never grease. To ensure they are set up - one of them and so everything goes very well.
Sent casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. See the color, so as not burnt.
In addition, if you shake and mold in the middle, will be shaking like a jelly - means middle, even crude. Ready casserole elastic enough.
