How to turn boring potatoes into something festive, original and at the same time preserve the traditional taste and satiety?

Potato roll with meat in lavash
Ingredients:
2 sheets of thin pita bread
0.5 kg potatoes
50 gr. butter
50 gr. sour cream
2 onions
0.5 kg minced meat
soy sauce
salt
ground pepper
seasonings to taste
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. sesame
egg
How to cook:
1. Peel the potatoes, boil, drain and mash in mashed potatoes with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Onions, chop into cubes and sauté in vegetable oil.
3. Mix the minced meat with onions and sour cream. Add salt, pepper and seasonings as desired (paprika, dried garlic, basil, etc.). You can add a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce.
4. Spread lavash on our table - two at once. Lubricate the pita bread with sour cream, or a mixture of sour cream with soy sauce.
5. Spread mashed potatoes on pita bread evenly. If it failed (it depends on the type of potato), then fix it with milk or sour cream, raw egg or flour.
6. Spread the minced meat evenly on the potatoes.
7. Quickly but carefully roll the filled pita bread into a tight roll.
Place, seam side down, on a greased baking sheet.
8. Beat the egg and coat the roll liberally with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve hot, cut into slices.
