I bring to your attention one of the most delicious salads with beans and smoked sausage. It is prepared quite simply, it is eaten very quickly. You can serve it to the table to diversify your diet, but guests will definitely like such a salad. Bean lovers will appreciate the dish with dignity, it comes out hearty and nutritious, even a small portion will satisfy anyone's hunger.

Ingredients:

Smoked sausage - 200 g

Canned beans - 200 g

Pickled gherkins - 4-5 pcs.

Hard cheese - 50 g

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Red onion - 1 pc.

Lemon - 0,, 5 pcs.

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Choose hard cheese with creamy notes. If you think any other product would be appropriate here, experiment!

Peel and rinse the red, sweet onion. Dry, cut into half rings or quarter rings. Pour lemon juice on the onion slices right on the cutting board, rub with salt. You can add sugar and spices. Leave the onion for 5-7 minutes.

Cut the sausage into small pieces. Be sure to give preference to a trusted manufacturer in your choice, since the taste of the salad largely depends on this ingredient.

Boil chicken eggs beforehand. Peel them from the shell and chop them into small cubes. Cut the cheese into slices, which are then chopped similarly to eggs.

Load pickled onions and sausage into a salad bowl. Uncork a jar of beans, rinse and send to the rest of the products.

Add the eggs and cheese slices to the salad bowl.

Chop gherkins at random and transfer to all ingredients.

Season the dish with mayonnaise. That's all, now season it with salt and pepper, mix.

Arrange the salad with canned beans and smoked sausage on plates, serve.

Bon Appetit!
