Smoked chicken and cheese salad

Cooking method:

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs in salted water. Cut the onion into small cubes and transfer to the pickling bowl. Add vinegar (about 2.5 tablespoons), salt (1 pinch) and water (until all the onions are covered). Separate the smoked chicken meat from the bone (if it is not a breast, but for example a drumstick) and cut into cubes.

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater (rub directly into a salad bowl or a split form). Distribute the grated potatoes in an even layer, salt (1 pinch) and grease the top layer with mayonnaise (make a grid and then stretch with a spoon).

Drain the water and evenly place the pickled onions on top of the potatoes. Lay out the sliced ​​smoked meat. Spread in an even layer. Pull off the top layer with mayonnaise. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. Place the cucumbers on top of the meat layer. Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Spread the carrots evenly over the cucumber layer. Salt the carrots (1 pinch). Pull off the top layer with mayonnaise.

Grate smoked cheese on a medium grater. Spread in an even layer. Pull off with mayonnaise. Grate boiled eggs on a fine grater (last layer). Close the salad dish (for example with cling film) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Smoked chicken and cheese salad is ready!
