In the autumn season, one cannot but treat yourself to baked apples in the microwave with honey. Such fruits are so juicy and appetizing that they themselves ask for food, and the aroma of the prepared dessert will spread so quickly throughout the house that all your relatives will come running to it. Therefore, immediately bake not one fruit, but several, three or four, if your technique allows. The cooking time directly depends on the power of the microwave oven - it ranges from 3 to 7 minutes. The recipe uses a technique with a power of 800 watts, it took 5 minutes to bake 4 apples.

Many people mistakenly believe that you cannot bake honey - you can, but at the same time the product loses its beneficial properties, remaining as sweet. That is why those who do not really care about the benefits can be advised to cut the seed blocks from the washed fruit and fill the holes with honey before placing the fruit in the technique. But it is best to just bake the apples and add honey to the already slightly cooled fruits.

Ingredients:

Apples - 4 pcs.

Honey - 2 tsp

Ground cinnamon - for serving

How to cook:

1. Buy or harvest ripe apples from the garden. If fruits were bought in the market or in the supermarket, then in no case eat them with the peel, as it is treated with a thin layer of paraffin (wax), which is not washed off by anything, even boiling water! Such fruits should be eaten only peeled, even after baking.

2. Wash the apples in water, pat dry with paper towels and place on a plate or baking dish. Pierce the fruit in several places with a wooden skewer or knife so that it does not burst during cooking.

3. Send them to the microwave. Be sure to cover the top with a special lid so that (in extreme cases) if the apples burst, the inner surface of the equipment remains clean. And under the lid, a steam effect will be created and the fruit will cook better. Activate the time for about 3 minutes - this is the minimum limit. After the indicated time period, check the readiness of the apples by lightly pressing the peel. If they become soft, they are ready.

4. Remove the plate or dish from the microwave and let the baked fruit cool slightly to about 50 degrees at room temperature. This will take about 10-15 minutes.

5. After that, place each apple on separate serving plates, cut out the lids with cuttings. The seed blocks can also be removed if desired. Fill the holes with any kind of honey: May, floral, linden, etc. Let the honey melt and drip for a couple of minutes.

Sprinkle the dessert with ground cinnamon and serve with aromatic tea or any other hot drink.
