Today I want to share a recipe for a quick tomato meat sauce for any side dish. This version of the sauce is prepared so simply that it will turn out 100 percent for everyone the first time, in time it takes me no more than 30 minutes. I looked at the recipe on the package with spices, now I cook regularly when I need to save my time on cooking. I want you to know about this simple and tasty option.

Recipe:
Pasta -250g.
For the Bolognese sauce:
Minced meat -250g
Tomato -1pc (100g)
Water -300ml
Maggi for the second for pasta
In tomato and meat sauce Bolognese - 1 pack
COOKING METHOD
Minced meat will suit any beef I have, minced meat weight 250 grams. We take a frying pan, heat it up, pour vegetable oil 2 tablespoons, put the minced meat, try to break it with a spatula, fry it for 5-7 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
During this time, we will prepare the tomato, you need to remove the skin from it, I do this, put it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then take it out and put it in cold water. Now we make a cruciform cut with a knife and remove the skin. Cut the tomato into cubes. It is not necessary to remove the peel, but I like it better without it.
Now put the tomatoes to the minced meat and fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes.
Simultaneously set to cook pasta in salted water.
Now add the maggi to the pasta dish in the tomato-meat bolanze sauce. Here a balanced amount of vegetables, herbs, spices and even salt has already been selected for us, and there is flour.
Add to the minced meat with tomatoes, mix and pour in 300 ml of water. Reduce the heat and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Sometimes we stir so that nothing burns.
