A safe option for a full-fledged, long-lasting energizing and delicious homemade lunch / dinner - tender mashed potatoes as a side dish and solid pieces of fried meat. To complete the picture, add your favorite sauce, pickles or fresh vegetables with herbs - the family will remain well-fed and satisfied.
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 600 g
Milk - 100 ml
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Butter - 40 g
Pork - 400 g
Garlic - 2 teeth
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:
Step 1 - To make puree with meat, take the foods listed. For frying pork, you will need refined sunflower or corn oil, you can expand the spice composition as you wish. If necessary, defrost the meat beforehand. So, let's get down to two parallel processes.
Step 2 - Put peeled and cut potato tubers into boiling water. Do not add salt. Hard roots soften much faster without salt. Bring the water to a boil again and, reducing the temperature, cook the potatoes under the lid for about 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked. Salt generously and boil for the last minutes 3.
Step 3 - Nearby, without wasting time, we are promptly engaged in meat preparations. Cut the pork flesh into thick slices of approximately the same size. We spread it on a board, cover with cling film and lightly beat off. This will make the meat fibers more tender. Season each piece of meat on both sides with salt and ground hot pepper.
Step 4 - Heat the pan thoroughly, pour in the vegetable oil - toss in the garlic for flavoring (plus, for example, a branch of spicy herbs). Transfer pork semi-finished products to the sizzling fat. Fry until golden brown and at high heat, turn over and brown on the back. If you prefer softer meat, pour in 100-150 ml of boiling water (broth, broth from potatoes) and simmer for an additional 15 minutes under the lid.
Step 5 - We return to the already boiled potatoes, drain the water. Knead with sour cream and butter. We remove all lumps.
Step 6 - Add hot milk and dilute the mashed potatoes to the desired consistency. We try, salt if necessary.
Serve mashed potatoes with hot meat.
