The Amursky salad, at first glance, is simple, but the taste is excellent. For me, red fish and tomatoes are my favorite combination. Once upon a time my mother brought it when I was visiting my sister in the Far East, we have a recipe got so accustomed that I prepare this noble salad for almost every holiday and new year exception.

Recipe:

red fish s / s -300g

tomatoes -2-3pcs

onion -1pc

salt to taste

black pepper - to taste

greens to taste

onion marinade:

sugar -1 tsp

salt -1 / 2 tsp

water -2 tbsp.

vinegar 9% -2 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed, for a start we will prepare the bow. Peel the onion into half rings, if the onion is a large quarter into rings.


We take any lightly salted red fish, I have salmon, I salt it myself, I have already shared the recipe on my channel, for your convenience I leave a link to this video in the description under the video.
I have 300 grams, cut into strips or cubes, as you like.
Cut fresh tomatoes into slices.

We collect the salad, put the fish in a bowl, add the tomatoes, drain the liquid from the onion and add to the fish, by the way, pickling the onion is not necessary, if you like it with onion, you can add it like this.


Add salt to taste, season with vegetable oil and a little black pepper, mix the salad ready.
We put it in a nice salad and enjoy it. It is not only very tasty, but also looks good on the festive table.
