Butter 50g
Vegetable oil 30g
pinch of salt
baking powder 10g
250g flour
Kefir 250ml 1%
Vanilla sugar 15g
Aerated chocolate - 100g

Connect the eggs and sugar, whisk whisk for 2-3 minutes, add the softened butter.

Pour kefir room temperature, and vegetable oil. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and honey if desired. Stir.
