For those who cannot live a day without fast food, I recommend making homemade kefir pizza in the oven - it will turn out incredibly tasty and fragrant in just 40 minutes. You can use any fillings, from dairy or smoked sausage to seafood - go for it according to your taste and desire. Involve children in the preparation of the popular dish - they love to roll out the dough and lay out the filling on a hot, ruddy cake with cheese.

Do not forget that any dough should be allowed to proof for 20 minutes (during this time, gluten is activated in it and it becomes more malleable). If you like fluffy baked pizzas, then add a little soda or baking powder to the dough - they will interact with the kefir and raise the base when baked, making it airy, porous. If you like crunchy bases, then exclude the mentioned ingredients from the list of ingredients.

Ingredients:

Kefir of any fat content - 120 ml

Wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Salt and pepper to taste

Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Smoked sausage - 120 g

Hard cheese - 150 g

Ketchup - 3 tablespoons

How to cook:

1. In a deep container, combine kefir of any fat content, salt, ground black pepper, odorless vegetable oil and sifted premium wheat flour. Using baking soda / baking powder, add them at this stage in an amount: either soda - 0.5 tsp, or baking powder - 0.5 tsp, but not together! At the same stage, you can add dried Italian or Provencal herbs to the dough.

2. Knead the dough, adding flour in portions, but leaving a little of it to roll out. Cover the bun with cling film and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate.

3. At this time, rinse the tomatoes, cut a green core out of each vegetable. Cut into wide half rings. Chop the smoked sausage or sausages into slices, grate the hard cheese on a fine-mesh grater - this will melt faster and cover the dish with a uniform layer.

4. Roll out the rested dough into a round layer. This can be done directly on parchment paper or a baking sheet, the main thing is to grease them with vegetable oil so that the finished dish can be easily separated after baking.

5. Lubricate a circle of dough with ketchup around the entire diameter, sprinkle with grated cheese mass, leaving some for the final powder. Place the base in a preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, being careful not to dry out.

6. After the time has elapsed, remove and place the smoked sausage circles on the workpiece.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese shavings and place in the oven for another 2 minutes. Then remove and serve immediately while the cheese is dragging. Don't forget to garnish your pizza with fresh herbs!
