New Year's holidays are on the way. It's time for delicious snacks, salads, meat dishes and desserts. But when there is very little time left, you start thinking about the menu and in a hurry to compose it. I suggest doing this in advance. Today I am sharing a salad recipe, without which more than one holiday in our family takes place. We really like him. Juicy Chinese cabbage, sweet corn and the spicy taste of crab sticks go well with each other. You can fill with both mayonnaise and sour cream. The advantage of this dish is in the speed of its preparation, but, of course, in its taste. At the festival, Chinese cabbage salad with crab sticks and corn is one of the first to be eaten. I recommend giving it a try.
Ingredients:
Peking cabbage - 250 g.
Crab sticks - 120 g.
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Dill - 3 branches
Canned corn - ½ can
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Step by step recipe:
1. Prepare the food listed for the recipe.
2. Rinse the Chinese cabbage under running water, dry and, using a sharp knife, finely chop.
3. Remove the crab sticks from the freezer in advance so that they are completely thawed. Then free them from the plastic wrap and cut them into cubes.
4. Wash chicken eggs in a soda solution and rinse thoroughly after that. Place in a small saucepan or stewpan, cover with clean water and put on fire. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer the eggs carefully to a container of cold water. After cooling, peel them and cut into cubes, focusing on the size of the previous cut.
5. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl: Chinese cabbage, crab sticks and eggs, as well as finely chopped dill, salt and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
6. A delicious salad of Chinese cabbage, crab sticks and corn is ready. Divide it into beautiful mini salad bowls and serve immediately.
Such a salad should not be insisted in the refrigerator, otherwise the cabbage will begin to secrete juice and cease to be crispy. This will not in the best way affect the taste of this dish.
