Minced chicken cutlets are a fairly simple, quick, tasty and budget dish. Breast fillets are suitable for cooking them. It is believed that dishes prepared from this part of the chicken are extremely dry. To make the cutlets juicy, tender and fluffy, use some of the tips outlined in this recipe.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast fillet - 700 grams
Wheat flour - 70 grams
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 100 grams
Garlic - 3 cloves
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Salt - 1 tsp
Ground black pepper - ΒΌ tsp
Greens - 1 bunch
Vegetable oil for frying - 4 tablespoons
Course of action:
1. Prepare the necessary products according to the list. Greens can be used both fresh and frozen (no prior defrosting is required).
2. Twist the fillet in a meat grinder. It is always advisable to cook minced meat for cooking cutlets yourself.
3. Add chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, eggs, flour and mayonnaise to the meat.
4. Chop greens, combine with minced meat. Knead the cutlet mass well by lifting and beating it against a table top or a cup with high sides. The minced meat becomes viscous and sticky, it is easier to work with it.
As an additive, you can use parsley, dill, or a mix of herbs.
5. Form cutlets with wet hands. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry semi-finished products over medium heat on all sides, until golden brown and appetizing. Frying takes 5-7 minutes on each side. Add vegetable oil as needed.
6. Tender, fluffy and juicy minced meat cutlets are ready.
Any side dish of your choice and vegetable salads will suit them. You can even collect burgers with them for the delight of the kids!
