New Year's bruschetta with salmon is a beautiful and bright appetizer that your guests will definitely like, without a doubt. It is based on a slice of toasted bread, ciabatta is often used, but a simple baguette will do well here. Let's take lightly salted red fish as a filling for bruschetta - salmon is ideal for our recipe. Add a touch of freshness with cucumber, tenderness with ripe soft avocado and cream cheese. The appetizer is perfect for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Ingredients:
White baguette - 6 slices
S / s salmon - 80 g
Cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
Fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.
Avocado - 0.5 pcs.
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dill - 5 branches
Process description:
1. Prepare a range of foods. When choosing an avocado, focus on the softness of the fruit; when shaking the stone in it, it should tap a little. Cream cheese can be taken both with herbs and pure - as you like.
2. Cut the baguette into slices of medium thickness. If there is a ciabatta, use it.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Then you can easily scrape out the pulp, you can use a teaspoon. Wash and dry the cucumber, trim off the ends on both sides.
4. Try to chop the cucumber into cubes as small as possible. Load into a bowl.
5. Then add finely chopped avocado and chopped fresh aromatic dill.
6. Cut the salmon into small pieces too. Transfer the red fish to a bowl of avocado and cucumber.
7. Season the ingredients with salt, add pepper. You can additionally use dry herbs and spices. Squeeze out the lemon juice.
8. Stir all components and remove a sample, adjust the taste if necessary.
9. Dry the baguette in a grill pan or in the oven on a wire rack.
10. Brush each slice with cream cheese.
11. Place the prepared filling on top.
