Honestly, I don't know a single family that is indifferent to brizols in wafer cakes. This is a very popular for 20 years, really easy to prepare, tasty and moderately satisfying dish, which can be served not only for a family lunch or dinner, but also to take with you for a picnic, a walk or dacha. If you absolutely by accident for some reason did not have time to get acquainted with brizols in waffle cakes, be sure to try to cook them on occasion, because it is incredibly tasty and enough quickly.
Ingredients:
Minced chicken - 400 g
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Green onions - 2 pcs.
Wafer cakes - 40 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying.
How to cook:
Prepare all the food you need to make brizols. I used the minced meat purchased from ground chicken fillet, it is of good quality.
Wash green onions under running water and dry. Chicken eggs, depending on their size, may need 2-4 pieces.
Transfer the ground chicken fillet to a deep bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add finely chopped green onions and a raw chicken egg to the seasoned ground chicken.
Stir until smooth, set aside for a few minutes, let the minced meat ripen.
Open the bag of waffle cakes, remove all the crumbs. On each of them, put a small amount of minced chicken with a teaspoon, smooth it with a thin layer.
Cover with a second waffle crust on top, press lightly.
Whisk remaining eggs in a deep bowl with salt and pepper. Roll the minced chicken pieces in waffle cakes on both sides in a beaten egg.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the brizoli in it on both sides for 1-2 minutes, until cooked and golden brown.
Put the prepared minced chicken brizols in waffle cakes on paper towels or thick napkins so that the excess oil is gone.
Now arrange the brown waffle cakes with minced meat in an egg in portions and serve with your loved one sauce and garnish (absolutely any will do).
