Salad with chicken fillet, mushrooms and nuts

A delicious, simple and hearty salad will replace a whole lunch or become a light dinner. And most importantly - you don't need to cook or fry anything for it.

Ingredients:

2 smoked chicken thighs or 1 breast
1 can of canned chopped mushrooms
150 gr. hard cheese
a handful of walnut kernels
2 cloves of garlic
salt
mayonnaise

How to cook:

1. Cut the smoked chicken into strips or take apart into fibers. If not smoked, then baked poultry, fried or leftovers from a kebab will do.

2. Cut the mushrooms, first draining the liquid from them. If the mushrooms are already cut, then it is not necessary to grind them.

3. Chop the kernels with a rolling pin or knife. You can use a meat grinder or blender.

4. Grate garlic or press through a press.

5. Mix the mushrooms, chicken, almost all nuts and cheese. Leave some nuts and cheese to serve.

6. Stir the salad, salt, season with mayonnaise. Put in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes to soak.

7. Serve the salad in a salad bowl or in portions, sprinkle with an even layer of cheese and nuts.
