Today I want to share a recipe for the Golden Autumn salad. The recipe is very successful, it turns out very tasty and bright, I recommend it! It is prepared simply and from the available products.

Recipe:
Squid -200gr.
Crab sticks -200g.
Boiled carrots -1-2 pcs. (200gr)
Eggs -3 pcs.
Corn -1 can
Fresh cucumber -1pc. (200gr)
For mayonnaise:
Vegetable oil -150 ml.
Egg -1pc.
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Sugar -1 / 2 tsp
Cooking method:
Let's start with squid. First we remove the chord. Now fill it with boiling water and leave for 1 minute. Now we can easily remove the curled film. Pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. We lower the squid and immediately spot it for exactly 3 minutes.
As soon as 3 minutes have passed, we take out the squid and fill it immediately with cold water to stop the heat treatment. This will make the squid tender.
Cut into strips. I take all the ingredients for the salad in equal proportions, I have everything about 200 grams. Boil 1-2 carrots and cut into cubes. Cut crab sticks 1 pack weighing 200 grams. Cut 1 fresh cucumber into straw. Cut 3 boiled eggs into cubes.
Putting the salad in a bowl and putting carrots, eggs, crab sticks, fresh cucumber, squid. We fill with mayonnaise.
I prepare mayonnaise myself, pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg so that the yolk is whole. I lower the blender so that the yolk is under the blender and beat until thickened, it takes about 30 seconds.
Now add salt, sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, I use ready-made lemon juice, add 1 tsp. mustard. We punch everything again with a blender. And we dress the salad.
Add salt and black pepper to the salad to taste. Done.
