Today I want to share a recipe for cauliflower in the oven. I discovered this recipe for myself quite recently, when I cooked it for the first time I was surprised by the taste and this without exaggeration, bright, fragrant, crunchy and it is prepared just as I like, everything is mixed and forgotten.

Recipe:
Cauliflower -700 gr.
Butter -50g.
Paprika -1 / 2-1 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Garlic -1-2 tooth
Salt -1/2 tsp
Breadcrumbs -100gr.
Cheese -50g.
Cooking method:
We disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences, my weight is 700 grams.
Melt 50 grams of butter, add 1 tsp. paprika, black pepper, incomplete salt tsp. 2 cloves of garlic, pass through a garlic press.
Mix and pour the resulting oil over the cabbage. We mix. Cheese 50 grams hard grated, add to the cabbage and add 100 grams of bread crumbs.
I make the breadcrumbs myself. I cut the loaf into cubes, dry until golden brown in the oven, then grind with a blender.
Stir the cabbage.
We take a baking sheet, cover it with baking paper, put the cabbage, put it in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
If you wish, you can cook such a cabbage in a pan, only then you need to boil the cabbage in water for 5 minutes in advance. Then pour over breadcrumbs and cheese with spices and butter, mix everything. Fry in a pan for 5-6 minutes adding a little oil.
The cabbage is ready, serve. It is so tasty that even children eat it with great pleasure.
