Fish in the oven with carrots and onions is very tasty, satisfying and healthy. If you prefer a certain kind of fish, you can use it, but today I propose to take such a delicious and unusual fish called king clip. If you have never tasted it before, I will tell you this: it tastes like shrimp meat - words cannot convey it.

We will bake the king clip exclusively with carrots and onion slices, no other additives. The same applies to spices, so as not to kill the delicious fishy taste, we will do with the minimum - salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

Fish (king clip) - 2 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Replace the king clip with any other fish you want.

2. Take the king clip out of the freezer in advance and put it on the lower shelf of the refrigerator. Allow time for the fish to defrost on its own. Then rinse it under running cool water, then pat dry with towels. Cut the carcasses into small pieces. Immediately turn on and preheat the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

3. Peel and wash the carrots. Cut into medium-sized cubes.

4. Peel a large head of onion, rinse and dry. Chop the onion as you like.

5. Prepare the oven dish - cover with foil and grease with oil. Transfer the pieces of fish to it. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Top with sliced ​​onions and carrots.

7. Pour some more oil on top and send the king clip to the oven. Bake the dish for half an hour. After the indicated time, the fish can be put on plates.

Serve baked fish with mashed potatoes or rice, you can also use vegetables or just a slice of fresh brown bread.
