There are many recipes that can be used to prepare delicious salads for a festive table or family meal. Today I will share one that has taken root in our family. Korean carrot and crab stick salad cooks very quickly. Apart from eggs, no ingredients can be cooked anymore. Korean carrots can be purchased at the supermarket or prepared in advance at home, this is everyone's business. The products that make up this dish go well with each other. I love this salad, I recommend it to you too.

Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 120 g.

Korean carrots - 150 g.

Boiled chicken egg (proteins) - 3 pcs.

Salt, black pepper - to taste

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

For pickling onions:

Vinegar 9% - 2 tsp l.

Sugar - 1 tsp l.

Water - 50 ml.

Step by step recipe:

1. We will prepare the products according to the list for the recipe.

2. Peel the onions, wash them under running water and cut them into half rings. In a small bowl, we combine all the components of the marinade: sugar, water and vinegar. We immerse the onion in it and leave for 20 minutes.

3. Put the Korean carrots in a deep bowl. If it is rubbed in too long strips, it is better to cut them in half.

4. We release crab sticks from packaging. We leave the frozen sticks for a while at room temperature, after which we cut them into strips, focusing on the length of the carrots. We send to the bowl.

5. Hard-boiled chicken eggs. To do this, wash them thoroughly in a soda solution, then rinse and fill with clean water. We put the pan with them on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then carefully drain the boiling water, and transfer the eggs to a container with cold water. Let cool, then peel and separate the whites from the yolks. For this recipe, we only need proteins. We cut them into strips and send them to the salad.

6. After the time has passed, squeeze the pickled onions from the liquid and add to the rest of the ingredients. Salt the dish and season with mayonnaise. If the Korean carrots are not too spicy, add a little black pepper.

7. Salad with Korean carrots and crab sticks is ready. It remains only to mix and cool. We cover the bowl with a lid or tighten with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

8. Delicious and hearty salad is ready to serve. We put it in beautiful salad bowls and go for tasting.
