Ingredients:

Water - 700 ml

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onion - 1 pc.

Cream 15% - 150 ml

Processed cheese - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 30 g

Large shrimps - 8 pcs.

Baguette - 3 slices

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all products according to the list. Choose medium-sized vegetables, cream cheese - cream, cream - with any percentage of fat.

Then add melted cheese to the pan, after grinding it on a fine grater. Stir everything and boil the soup for a couple of minutes, salt and season with pepper.
