They say about some cities - "a state within a state", but about apple pies we can say that this is a separate world in the world of baking. All of them are so diverse that each time you can discover new combinations. This recipe offers a version of a bulk pie with apples, the cooking process of which is very simple, which can be attracted even to young chefs. The baked goods are juicy and aromatic.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.

Semolina - 1 tbsp.

Milk - 1 tbsp.

Baking powder - 1.5 tsp l.

Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.

Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp l.

Peanuts - 1 handful

Apple - 1000 g

Prepare the ingredients necessary for making the cake. Some of them were measured using a faceted glass, inherited from the Soviet period.

Sift semolina, wheat flour and baking powder through a sieve. Add granulated sugar to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Set aside.

Peel the washed apples, remove the core, and grate with large teeth. If desired, so as not to darken, sprinkle the grated mass with lemon juice. Add ground cinnamon to the apples and stir.

If the cake needs to be removed onto a dish without violating its integrity, then the baking dish should be detachable (cover the bottom with parchment). In its absence, you can use a silicone mold, which is prone to at least a slight twisting, so that you can slip a serving dish under the baking. Another option is to cut the pie into portions and place them on a platter.

So! Put the third part of the dry mixture in an even layer in a baking dish (diameter - 24 cm). Put the third part of the grated apple mass on top. Continue alternating layers with the remaining volume: dry mix, apple mix, dry mix and apple mix.

Rinse the peanuts and cut them into large pieces with a knife. Spread evenly on the surface of the pie blank.

Bring the milk to a boil and immediately pour over the cake, trying to do it as evenly as possible. Use a knife (or the blunt side of a barbecue skewer in the case of a silicone mold) in several places so that the milk reaches the bottom.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the cake in it for 50 minutes until the top is browned. It is better to focus on the features of your oven.

Cool the finished baked goods completely, then remove from the mold.

Serve a loose apple pie to teaor coffee. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.

Replacing cinnamon with nutmeg (1/3 tsp. l.), coriander (1/3 tsp. l.) or ginger, and peanuts - walnuts, hazelnuts or nut mixture, you can get different tastes and aromas of the same cake.
