The world of pizza is very diverse. They differ in the way they are molded, the thickness of the base and surprise with a variety of fillings. Everyone can find among them their favorite combination of taste and color. This recipe offers a version of fruit pizza in its classical sense with the addition of the main ingredient - cheese. Perhaps for some, the composition of the filling will be surprising, but the combination of fruit and cheese has long been widely used in many cuisines of the world. The pizza turns out to be aromatic, spicy and very juicy.
Ingredients:
Pizza dough - 400 g
Grapes - 150 g
Banana - 1 pc.
Tomato - 3 pcs.
Strawberries - 10 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Ground pepper mixture - 0.5 tsp l.
A mixture of Provencal herbs - 1 tsp l.
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
How to cook:
Prepare the necessary ingredients for making a sweet fruit pizza. The weight of the grapes is indicated without branches. Strawberries can be used fresh or frozen.
To save time, you can use Armenian lavash or a factory blank (or dough) from a store as a base. But it is important to remember that the result of the finished pizza largely depends on how successful the dough turned out to be.

Rinse the grapes thoroughly, cut in half lengthwise, remove if pitted. If the berries are very large, then cut into 3 slices.
For the sauce, mash the strawberries with a fork or crush with a crush, but without fanaticism, leaving small pieces. When using freshly frozen berries, defrost them a little at room temperature. If the strawberries have released a lot of juice, add 1 tbsp. l. starch.
Chicken eggs, a mixture of herbs (Italian or Provencal) and ground peppers, beat with a whisk or fork until smooth. Mix the resulting cocktail with prepared strawberries.
The dough can be rolled out to any thickness, depending on preference. From this volume, you can cook one rectangular about 26 x 30 cm or slightly thicker or two round thin pizzas with a diameter of 26 cm.
Put the workpiece on a frying sheet. Apply a layer of strawberry sauce. Distribute 1/3 of the cheese grated with large teeth on top.
Peel the banana, cut into round slices 2-3 mm thick. Spread evenly over the entire surface. Depending on the size of this fruit, 1-2 pieces may be required.
Place the prepared grapes on top, spreading them between the banana slices or slightly overlap them. Spread the tomatoes in the next layer, cut into slices about 3 mm thick.
For each tomato circle, evenly distribute the remaining amount of strawberry sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and bake the pizza for 15–20 minutes. Focus on a rosy appetizing crust.
Cut the finished sweet pizza into portions of a convenient size and serve with your loved ones drinks.
