Delicious, hearty, original lavash sandwiches can be quickly fed in the morning to your pickiness for breakfast. They are prepared very simply. The filling can be absolutely any - from sausage to boiled chicken breast. Today we will cook hot lavash sandwiches with a classic filling, to which everyone is accustomed - with salami or sausages, with cheese and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
Lavash - 250 g
Tomato - 100 g
Salami - 100 g
Sausages - 80 g
Mayonnaise - 30 g
Hard cheese - 150 g
How to cook:
Prepare all the foods on the list. Wash the tomato with clean cold water and dry. Peel off the faux wrap from sausages, salami and cheese.
Cut the sausages into comfortable slices. Sausages can even be grated on a grater, so sandwiches will be fried faster with them and many argue that in this version it turns out tastier.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. If the pita bread is large in diameter, cut it in half.
Spread half a pita leaf on a flat surface (on a cutting board, for example), pour it thinly with mayonnaise.
Top with a few slices of salami or whatever sausage you like best.
Next, add a couple of slices of fresh tomato.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Roll the pita bread in the shape of an envelope, loosely, but so that the filling is well hidden inside.
Do the same for the rest of the ingredients, including the sliced sausages.
Heat a frying pan, put the stuffed pita bread in it and fry on both sides until crisp.
Whether to grease the pan with vegetable oil, you decide, I grease slightly. The degree of frying pita sandwiches also depends on your tastes. For example, I like slightly yellowish, and my husband and son - well fried.
Serve hot sandwiches in pita bread immediately, directly from the pan, while the cheese is melted and stringy, and all the ingredients inside are warm.
