INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Seasoning for meat - 1ch.l.
  • Basil - to taste
  • Nutmeg - to taste
  • COOKING METHOD
  • For the preparation we need the meat, onions and spices. Will cut the onion half rings. Put in a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons 9 vinegar and stir hands put aside until we deal with meat. Meat piece weighing about 1 kg 200 gr., I chop, if you can take the meat fatter, then get even juicier.
    Grease with vegetable oil. In a bowl put 2 tsp salt without slides, by weight of 20 gr. Add the spices I use kameez firm for my taste they are fragrant. Seasoning the meat 1 tsp, a little nutmeg and dried green basil.
    Mix and rub the resulting mixture of meat.

It took 4 hours, place the meat in the pan and put in the oven and cooked at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. Take out and leave to cool.
