What is a calorie deficit and why is it the best diet I've tried?
There is a calorie rate - this is the energy supplied from food that the body needs to maintain all its functions.
Each person has his own calorie rate and it depends on his parameters - such as weight, age, height, physical activity. You can use calorie meters to find out your calorie intake. You can find a whole bunch of counters on the internet.
The principle of losing weight is simple - we eat less than the norm by 15-20% and the body begins to consume its reserves, that is, your fat.
But if you eat more than your norm, everything that you overeat will go to the reserve, on your favorite thighs.
The principle of most diets is a significant cut in food, and this is mostly hunger, which leads to breakdowns and a return to the previous way of life.
What I like about calorie counting is that I know exactly how much I need to eat, how much I can eat in order to lose weight or just to stick to the achieved weight. And I can eat a lot, and not just a salad and boiled breast (as on diets).
At the same time, such a lifestyle becomes a habit, and adherence to proper nutrition and the balance of nutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) only heals the body.
I'll move on to the Sunday menu.
For Easter, as I already said, I did not bake cakes, but made a PP cake according to my cake recipe, which recently swami shared here.
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and 140 g of cake.
Happened 420 kcal.
On a holiday, food did not pass me by, which just asked to be ignored. This food was not weighed by me, but later I entered it into the calorie counter, indicating the weight by eye.
It was about 25 grams of peanuts - 140 kcal.
And 50 g of cheese with green tea - 190 kcal.
And all because, sitting at home, having fun with movies and so pulls everyone to eat. I brought my husband coffee with cheese, well, she pulled the cheese off the plate, the same story with nuts.
But here's an apple (100 g) I ate quite consciously - 50 kcal.
Having feasted in this way in the morning from lunch I had to cut myself in calories.
For lunch, I had a stew of vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots - only 300 g) with 5 g of butter added at the end of the stew. For vegetables 100 g of chicken drumstick meat baked in kefir with spices.
Lunch went out on 310 kcal.
By the way, the baked chicken drumstick turned out to be very tasty.
I'll tell you how I marinated and baked it, maybe someone decides to repeat it.
I didn't need a chicken drumstick tray (930 g). I poured 150 g of kefir into the drumstick, added 2 teaspoons of Bavarian mustard, salt, black pepper. I generously added dry garlic, paprika, turmeric and hop-suneli.
I marinated for several hours and just put it in a baking dish, poured it with marinade and in the oven at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
It turned out very tasty, everyone liked the combination of spices in the marinade.
After lunch we continued to watch films. In general, these two days off were spent watching films. To everything else, some kind of apathy.
By the evening, there were very few free calories left, and therefore for dinner there was only vegetable salad - tomato, cucumber, green onion (only 150 g), seasoned with 30 g of sour cream 10%.
Dinner turned out to be 180 kcal.
In total, 1290 kcal were obtained in a day.
I drink a lot of water and green tea.
Today, while watching a movie, she blew the dust off her fitness mat and did some exercise. Usually I do exercises that are performed on my feet, but today I decided to diversify my physical activity.
And now it's not quite a moment of glory. Just about the painful.
Maybe I don’t understand something (and I really didn’t understand half of the comment 🤷♂️) and I’m doing something wrong, since people think that I should break into parts, to answer around the clock to everyone in all social networks, should "GIVE" each menu in accordance with its weight parameters, and even taste preferences?

And yes, I don't even read further, when I see such impudence from the first words.
Or do I really SHOULD GIVE and SHOT fast?
