The holidays loved by everyone are ahead, which means there will be delicious dishes, chic feasts and family gatherings. Today I want to offer you one very tasty and satisfying pork ears salad, which always arouses the interest of guests and they eat it first. Men especially like it: with strong alcoholic drinks, it is what you need. Be sure to prepare such a salad for the New Year, you will definitely like it.
Ingredients:
Pork ears in Korean - 220 g
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber - 150 g
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Salt - optional
Ground black pepper - to taste
How to cook:
Prepare foods on the list. Wash the potatoes and eggs under running water with a hard kitchen sponge, put them to boil (leave the root vegetables in the peel). If the tubers are not very large, then 20-25 minutes will be enough for them and 10 minutes for the egg. Cool them down, clean them.
Cut the boiled potatoes into medium to small cubes and place them in a deep comfortable bowl.
Cut fresh cucumber into strips, add to the container. If it's too watery, the core can be cut out and discarded.
Next, chop the boiled egg into the same cube as the potatoes. Put Korean-style pork ears on top.
Season the salad with high-quality mayonnaise, add ground pepper and sea salt as desired.
Put the amount of mayonnaise sauce to your liking, it still depends on the type of potato, if it is crumbly, then you may need more mayonnaise.
Stir the salad and let it stand for a couple of minutes, the cucumbers will let some juice and make the dish juicier.
We shift the salad into one large serving dish or arrange it in portions and serve. Very tasty and satisfying.
