When planning to serve hot dishes on the festive table, opt for chicken with mushrooms and potatoes. The dish is very easy to prepare, it turns out incredibly tasty and does not require special attention to itself - it is baked in the oven, and in the meantime you can go about your business.

It is not necessary to use a whole chicken carcass, you can purchase its individual fragments: wings, thighs, drumsticks, etc. - be guided to your liking. Mushrooms can be both forest and store, but not oily, ideally, take mushrooms or oyster mushrooms.

Ingredients can be pickled before cooking for a brighter flavor and aroma. The finished dish can be served with some sauce. In any case, the praise of relatives and guests is guaranteed, so you, in turn, provide them with a supplement!

Ingredients:

Chicken - 300 g

Potatoes - 400 g

Champignons - 300 g

Soy sauce - 70 ml

Salt - 3 pinches

Ground black pepper - 3 pinches

Thyme - 4 stems

Water - 50 ml

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

To bake chicken with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven, prepare the necessary foods.

Rinse the chicken parts, cut off the veins and films from them. Place in a deep container.

Rinse the fresh mushrooms thoroughly to remove dust and dirt, cut into quarters if the specimens are large, or in half if they are small. Add to chicken.

Purchase potatoes for baking - there are special varieties. Rinse each root vegetable with the hard side of a sponge in water, carefully rinsing off dust and dirt. Cut vertically in half and cut into slices or wedges. Add to container.
