After starving diets, I came to a tasty and comfortable weight loss - minus 63 kg in 2 years. Sample menu for the day.

As you understood from the collage above, the key to success is counting calories. But besides the fact that I was able to lose weight, counting calories helped me:

  • change eating habits,
  • change taste preferences,
  • come to a tasty and most importantly balanced diet,

Why is it important?

Firstly, changing your eating habits is the main point that will help maintain the result and not regain those extra pounds. If, after losing weight, you return to your normal diet, you will gradually return all the excess weight that you lost with such difficulty. Changed eating habits will simply keep you from going back.

Changing taste preferences is a huge plus. If earlier I liked fatty meat fried in a huge amount of oil, now I can't even look at such food. I like very different food - light and healthier than before.

And the fact that a balanced diet is our health in the first place - I think there is no need to explain, and when it is also tasty - well, what else is needed to maintain your weight?

Here is my slimness menu as an example.

The other day I made a liver pรขtรฉ, and now we are happy to eat pรขtรฉ sandwiches for breakfast.

My Sunday breakfast is sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (70 g) with liver pate (100 g) and green tea.

Breakfast turned out to be 365 kcal.

Since I have a busy week with long trips ahead of me, I am doing my best today.

I will spend the whole day at the computer and cook some food.

It is necessary to cook the soup for several days, so as not to think about what to dine on. Yes, and I want to repeat the carrot cake, to please yourself and your family on the day off.

During work, I had a snack with fruits: 150 g of feijoa and 200 g of persimmon.

The snack came out on 205 kcal.

For lunch I cooked pea soup, the same one with the taste of smoked meats, but without smoked meats. Remember him? The secret ingredient of the soup, which has already ceased to be secret, is smoked paprika, which gives the smoked flavor to the soup.

A plate of soup for lunch (450 g) - 250 kcal.

And in the afternoon we ate a carrot cake with tea.

Piece of cake for 150 g - 270 kcal.

I ate the cake and wondered why I was taking so long to prepare it. Now, not only we, but also my readers ate this tasty treat. In my opinion, a wonderful cake - and there are not so many calories for a cake, and it tastes great.

How I did not want to be lazy after such a delicious dinner, and even with a cake, but I have to go back to work. I'll rest and be lazy in the evening.

For dinner, 150 g of boiled buckwheat and 200 g of beef goulash - 330 kcal.

The result of the day is 1420 kcal.

Do not forget about the drinking regime. Oddly enough it sounds, but the less water we drink, the more the body stores it and we get swelling, and on the scales we gain 500 g or even 1 kg. However, one should not be intimidated by such increases - this is the water that will go away. Let's remember that fat cannot accumulate in such an amount overnight and let's not stress about it.

Do not forget about skin care, especially when losing weight with a lot of weight. The slower you slim down, the better things will be with your skin and it will have time to tighten.

And nobody canceled physical education. I always talk about physical education, not sports. Firstly, those who have a lot of excess weight are contraindicated in huge loads in the gym. It is enough to start with walking or swimming and feel sorry for your joints and heart. And as the weight decreases, more exercises can be incorporated.
