Ingredients: medium potatoes, flour, large onions, dill, parsley, turmeric, salt, black pepper, potato seasoning, paprika, basil, oregano, garlic, butter

Cooking method:

Peel and boil potatoes in salted water. Then drain the water and knead with a pusher or blender.

Finely chop the onion and fry it with paprika and black pepper. Combine with potatoes.

Add greens, potato seasoning, oregano, basil, turmeric and salt to the dish. We mix.

Roll out the dough with a sausage and cut into 12 equal parts. If you want the cakes to be thicker, divide by 8.
