All ingenious is simple. If you don't overeat with heavy food for a couple of days, then you feel your best! And why? Yes, because the blood does not thicken and it is immediately felt.

We make ourselves such an auxiliary lemon drink to feel energized! (in winter we drink it hot, because the cold also thickens blood and blood vessels spasm, and in summer we drink it like a cool lemonade)

Ingredients:

1. Lemon - 1 piece

2. Water - 1 liter

3. Turmeric - a pinch (without it)

Preparation

We take a lemon, wash it well (even better in soda water), cut off the "nose and butt" (to the side), cut the lemon into slices, place into the blender container, add turmeric (if you wish, of course, you can also put honey, but the "blood-improving" effect is not quite the same!).

Pour warm water, grind for about 1 minute. We filter half a glass through a strainer, dilute with hot water and drink very slowly in small sips, mixing with saliva before food (improves the production of gastric juice), the rest is poured into a bottle without straining and put in the refrigerator (we have enough for 2-3 days).

We understand that the diet should contain not only sweetness and salinity, but also sourness and bitterness and that's why this drink goes with a bang, but we understand that it is very sour and definitely not suitable everyone.
