Our family's favorite recipe. I used to always add a bun soaked in milk. Then I tried to soak the breadcrumbs. With the transition to pp, I tried it on black bread soaked in water. And here is my adapted recipe for the year. If I cook from chicken or turkey fillet, I use the same proportions, but I bake less in time so as not to overdry.

Pp cutlets from beef

Ingredients: Ground beef, Onion, Egg, Rice flour, Salt, spices

Cooking method:

We turn on the oven at 180 *.

We clean the onion and put it in a container with cold water for a couple of minutes.

We rub the onion on a fine grater.

Mix minced meat, egg, onion, flour, salt and spices (I have smoked paprika, nutmeg, black pepper). Thoroughly mix the mince.

We form round cutlets of the same size with wet hands (or in gloves) and put them in a baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180*.
