If desired, the layer and decoration of the product can be complicated: mix condensed milk with nuts or candied fruits, decorate the top with meringues, chocolate icing, berries, fruits of a colorful confectionery tinsel.

Ingredients:

Wafer cakes - 9 pcs.

Boiled condensed milk - 370 g

Sour cream 20% - 100 g

For decor:

Mandarin - 1 pc.

Dark chocolate - 30 g

Confectionery topping - 20 g

To make a cake from ready-made wafer cakes with condensed milk at home, take the products on the list.

If you bought ordinary white condensed milk, you will have to boil it in boiling water for about an hour and a half. For this dessert, you need a thick, caramelized condensed milk. It's easier to immediately buy the one called "Toffee".

Choose sour cream with a fat percentage of 20 and above. Decorate freely, the easiest way is to sprinkle with crumbs.

Sometimes wafer cakes are covered only with boiled condensed milk, sometimes it is mixed with melted butter. I recommend adding sour cream or rustic cream (dense). With sour cream, the cake is quickly saturated with moisture, softens, gets a pleasant creamy aftertaste and has no fat content.

Approximate proportions - one part sour cream to three parts condensed milk (boiled). Stir until smooth.

We cover the first cake. We try to stretch the cream over the entire area in an even layer, be sure to walk along the edge, which often remains dry.

Cover with the second waffle and spread the sweet layer again. We repeat the steps - we build the cake, grease the board around the circumference.

Sprinkle the sticky side with crumbs, decorate the middle with colored "trifle". Pour the tangerine halves with melted chocolate, breaded them in waffle crumbs, let them dry for a couple of minutes until the chocolate hardens - then lay them out in a circle.

We saturate a waffle cake with condensed milk for half an hour or an hour on the refrigerator shelf.
