I recently prepared an appetizer of roasted vegetables with garlic.

I needed:

  • 1 small zucchini (300 g)
  • 2 small eggplant (250 g)
  • 2 peppers (250 g)

  • favorite fresh herbs (I only had green onions at home, it would be good to add parsley or cilantro).

Preparation.

Zucchini, eggplant and pepper, I packed into the sleeve and sent to bake in the oven at 200 g Bake for about 40 minutes, until tender.
