Incredibly tender, juicy and flavorful ribs - the whole thing in the marinade!
Ingredients:
1 kg of pork ribs
200 mL of dark beer
3 tbsp. l. honey
1/2 pod of hot peppers (chili is better)
5 cloves of garlic
10 ml of soy sauce
Bay leaf
1 h. l. ground black pepper
5 peas allspice
a mixture of Provencal herbs
1 h. l. salt
vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Pork ribs prepared.
2. Share ribs in boiling salted water, add pepper and ground black pepper, and bay leaf.
Boil ribs about 5 minutes. You do not need to cook until done.
3. Put the ribs in a colander. Give them a little dry.
Pepper and garlic cut into pieces.
4. Mix 200 ml. beer with 3 tbsp. spoons of honey, a mixture of herbs, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce and chopped hot pepper and garlic.
5. Mix until honey is dissolved.
Heat the pan, pour sunflower or olive oil.
6. Share ribs in a frying pan and fried until golden delicious crust.
All the fat that is heated with meat and drain.
7. Pour in the fried meat marinade.
Cooking ribs for 10-12 minutes.
Marinade should boil, begin to evaporate and then he caramelizing.
8. Ready spare ribs on a plate.
Pour the sauce in which they were prepared.
