A sauce made from juicy pork pulp with sour cream in a pan and covered with a lid cooks very quickly, does not need a long stewing and is combined with almost any side dish. Serve only with herbs, fresh vegetables and slices of bread if desired, and for voracious eaters and a more satisfying meal, boil rice, mashed potatoes or pasta in parallel.

Ingredients:

Pork - 400 g

Sour cream - 150 g

Water - 100 ml

Flour - 30 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 teeth

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Sea salt, hot pepper - to taste

To cook pork in sour cream sauce in a frying pan, take the products from the list. In addition to pork pulp, other meats are suitable, including poultry and pieces of bone. The list of vegetables is easy to supplement, depending on the season, using frozen supplies.

If salt, black pepper and garlic are considered insufficient for seasoning, enhance the taste and aroma spicy and hot spices: turmeric, nutmeg, curry mixture, coriander or suneli hops, Chile.

Cut clean meat into pieces of approximately the same size so that steaming takes place evenly and simultaneously. We plan with cubes or bars, by type classic beef stroganoff.

Sprinkle the meat blanks with wheat flour, shake, cover each bar with a thin flour layer. The flour will make the sour cream sauce thicker and silky.

We warm up a frying pan with a board, pour in sunflower or refined corn oil. After half a minute, put the meat pieces powdered with flour into the already red-hot fat. Sometimes we stir and fry at high temperature for three to four minutes until a light golden crust.

Load vegetables: garlic, onion and carrot. Shred randomly.

After stirring, let the vegetable straws soak in oil for a minute or two.

In a separate container, shake sour cream with drinking water and pour the meat in a frying pan, covering about half. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt (pepper at the very end, after removing the dish from the heat). Boil, reduce heat and simmer under the lid for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve pork in sour cream sauce in a hot pan, with herbs, if necessary, with a side dish, for example, pasta with spinach.
