Ingredients:

Yeast-free puff pastry - 900 g.

Hard cheese - 180 g.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

To prepare puffs from puff pastry with cheese, prepare the products according to the list for the recipe. The finished semi-finished product must be thawed at room temperature for an hour, or transferred from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight.

These pastries cook quickly enough, so turn on the oven immediately and preheat it to 200 degrees.

Beat the chicken egg into a bowl and shake with a fork until smooth. The white and yolk should be completely combined.

Meanwhile, grate the hard cheese with a large or medium-sized grater.

Place the prepared puff pastry on a floured work surface. Roll out a little and cut into equal rectangles with sides of about 6x15 cm.
