In order to cook delicious pilaf with pork, it is not necessary to use a special cauldron, you can also take a regular saucepan. The result will be no worse. For convenience, meat and vegetables are fried first in a pan, although, if desired, this can be done immediately in a pan.

Ingredients:
Pork pulp - 500 gr.
Rice - 200 gr.
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 wedges
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Spices for pilaf with barberry - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
How to cook:
Prepare food. We take pork as a meat ingredient, with it the pilaf is fatter and juicier.
Rinse the meat, dry it, cut into medium-sized pieces, place in a preheated pan.
Grill over high heat for 8-10 minutes, periodically turning the pieces from side to side. If your own fat is not enough for frying, add some vegetable oil. Season with salt, you can add spices to the meat.
After frying, transfer the meat to a saucepan.
Cut the onion into cubes and add the oil to the pan where the pork was fried. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Peel the carrots, chop with a fine grater. Next add it to the bow. Saute 3-5 minutes, until carrots are tender.
Rinse the rice well. Rid it of the liquid and throw it over the vegetables. Cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently to keep the rice from burning. Add spices.
Put the cereals together with the vegetables into a saucepan. Do not mix with meat!
Fill everything with hot water so that it is about 2 fingers higher than the contents of the pan. Sprinkle with ground pepper and salt.
Place the saucepan over an overhead heat. After boiling, reduce it to minimum, cover with a lid.
Cook pilaf for the next 20 minutes, until the liquid has completely evaporated. In the process of cooking, insert the peeled cloves of garlic inside the rice. For a richer flavor, they can be cut into slices.
When serving pilaf with pork, add fresh herbs.
