To begin with, the diet simply needs carbohydrates, but only slow / complex carbohydrates, which in their composition contain the fiber necessary for our body. For sweets, these are fruits and dried fruits.
Alternatively, you can always make baked goods with whole grain flour.
To lose weight, without breakdowns on sweet donuts, cakes, mountains of sweets, fruits should be in the diet.
In addition, healthy sweets include dried fruits, honey and dark chocolate.
But we must remember that even healthy sweets must be consumed. moderately.
The best option is calorie counting. So we know exactly how much and what you can eat, including from various delicacies. Agree, not a big sacrifice for the sake of delicious nutrition and weight loss - 10-15 minutes a day to count the calories eaten and be sure that you will definitely not get better from the tasty treat, and even you will lose weight.
It is recommended to consume from 200 to 400 grams of fruit daily and you can not be afraid to get better.
But there is fruit after eating, it is not worth it for dessert - this contributes to their fermentation and gas formation. The best thing is to eat fruit for a snack in the morning.
The following fruit variations should be avoided whenever possible:

- fruit juices - manufacturers add a large amount of sugar and other chemical additives to them for sweetness.
- canned fruits - here you need to carefully read the label and choose those that do not contain sugar.
