Breakfast - an omelet of two eggs with 70 g of milk 2.5%. And sandwiches on whole grain bread (45 g) with curd cheese (50 g), which I made according to Mila's (subscriber's) recipe.

I cannot imagine myself without green tea, I drink after every meal and also during the day there is always a cup of tea with me, especially at work.

As for the "curd cheese" - I really liked it - a simple and tasty recipe. Mila and I decided that more people would try this curd - I will soon prepare a recipe and publish it for you.

I remember that I already told you - when I have a feeling that I want something, but that is not clear - 100% I want salted or smoked fish - this is my weakness. Someone has a sweet weakness, and I have a fish.

For a couple of days I have been suffering, I go to the refrigerator and back, the body requires something salty-smoked, I even ate a piece of sausage the other day!

But no matter how hard I try to distract myself, my thoughts return to the fish. We must do something about it! There are no more supplies left at home. I'm waiting for my husband's salary and go to the store!

In the meantime, in order to somehow pamper myself, I took out the last can of canned tuna.

Snack - buckwheat bread (13 g) with cottage cheese (20 g) and 30 g of tuna.

And I weighed 150 g of cucumber, salted - I will crunch at work. Pickled cucumber - also πŸ‘πŸ˜‚.

Snack - 190 kcal.

Today I got up again early in the morning, that's how the sun is - so I get up with the "first roosters" (by the way, we have private houses nearby - so there is a loud rooster, he crows during the day in full).

And by lunchtime I have already done things for two days, enough!

And in the fridge is spinach. And we ate borscht, we need to cook it first.

And we will have spinach soup, I thought. Just in case, I cooked it cheese. Cheese soup is definitely a win-win in our family.

Lunch - a bowl of soup (as much as 470 g!) With spinach - 205 kcal.

After lunch I decided that there was time to start blogging, write recipes. But the neighbor behind the wall started yelling so much while talking on the phone - which is just horror. In general, I'm surprised how you can shout SO, it is necessary to have what bundles.

I ruined all my plans, I had to go to cook dinner, and not draw up recipes for you. But she cooked her cutlets, stewed zucchini with turkey for myself - enough for everyone for a few days.

My dinner is 300 grams of zucchini stewed with turkey thighs and 30 grams of whole grain bread.

Dinner turned out to be 300 kcal.

After dinner, I worked a little at the computer, and then, while watching a traditional evening movie, I drank tea with dates (50 g) - 80 kcal.

And during the day I ate 30 g of peanuts for 165 kcal, I almost forgot about him.

In just a day - 1345 kcal.

Drinking regimen is a must, physical education - at least at home - is a must.

And if you think that I bought myself a simulator and use it as a clothes hanger, you are wrong!

I use it all the time - every 2 days now. I just don't always talk about it.

And while I remember, I want to share with you a way to get rid of the storage in the kettle and clean the washing machine. We have hard water and scale - a constant companion.
Surely many people know this method, but you never know.
All you need is citric acid (in bags).
It is enough to boil the kettle once with the addition of a sachet of citric acid and it is clean.
You can also clean the washing machine - pour a couple of bags of citric acid instead of powder - and start the washing machine.
