Ingredients:
Buckwheat - 200 gr.
Milk - 500 ml.
Water - 300 ml.
Sugar - 1.5 tablespoons
Butter - 30 gr.
Salt - 0.5 tsp
How to cook:
Prepare food. Pour the groats onto the work surface before use, check that there are no unnecessary elements (debris) and not completely peeled black grains.
After that, rinse the buckwheat with cool water, draining the dirty liquid several times.
Transfer the prepared cereal to a saucepan, fill it with a new portion of water. Put the container with the contents on fire. Season the water just a little bit with salt for taste.
After boiling, remove the foam on the surface with a slotted spoon, reduce the heat to minimum. It is not necessary to stir buckwheat, since it is not prone to burning.
Cook until the water has completely evaporated, about 10 minutes after boiling. Perhaps the porridge will be hard; it will reach full readiness during the boiling period in milk.
Without removing the saucepan from the heat, pour in the milk. Increasing the heat, bring the dish to the boil.
Boil buckwheat in milk for no more than 10 minutes. At the same time, reduce the fire, it should languish slowly. But now you should often stir the porridge with a spoon, since the milk burns.
Determine the density you need yourself. If necessary, you can pour in more milk, but note that after the dish has cooled down, it will become much less.
After removing from heat, add sugar to buckwheat, distribute evenly by stirring.
Add a piece of butter, let the dish sit for 10 minutes. Buckwheat will absorb milk even more and will become thicker.
A small amount of oil can be added to everyone's plate.
