Cabbage pie with sour cream and kefir

Ingredients: Ingredients are designed for d 30 cm shape, Sour cream, Kefir, Egg, Flour, Salt, Soda, Sugar, Filling:, Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Salt and pepper

Cooking method:

First, prepare the filling to cool it down. Chop the cabbage, cut the onion into half rings, grind the carrots on a coarse grater. In a frying pan, fry the onions and carrots until soft and add the cabbage, salt to taste and fry until the cabbage is ready.

Stir sour cream, kefir, eggs until smooth. Add salt, soda, sugar and flour and knead the dough. It should be thicker than a pancake. Grease the form with butter. Put part of the dough on the bottom, level it, fill it with the filling and fill it with the rest of the dough on top.

We bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Bon Appetit!!!
