Simple and very tasty dishes that I still often cook today.
About 23 kopecks is not a joke. It was in our life and such. Of course, parents helped then, for which we always thank them!
I highly recommend (even if you don't like watching videos) - take a look. You will love it - I promise! And write in the comments if you still have the same meat grinder for 7 rubles. 50 kopecks?
But if there is absolutely no desire to watch, then I will briefly tell you what I was cooking then.
Biting man
I cut the bread and fry it in a pan. When it is well browned on all sides, pour in a mixture of eggs and milk. Salt to taste. Stir and remove from heat after a minute.
This is not at all like ordinary croutons! This is more like grandma's pie. The pieces are soft inside and crispy outside. Delicious! Can be cooked with sugar for a simple yet delicious dessert!
Per serving:
• Bread - 2 slices
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Milk - 70-80 ml
• Ghee butter (or butter)
• Salt
Zatiukha
Delicious soup, which I still cook often. I recommend it if you haven't tried it! Can be cooked in any broth. I boil the potatoes, fry the onions with carrots.
I add an egg to the flour and grind it. Pieces of dough are obtained. Can be dried in a pan.
I send pieces of dough to the finished potatoes, add fried vegetables and herbs at the end. The simplest soup, and how delicious ...
Can also be cooked in milk:
Zatiukha in broth
• Water - 1.5 l
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Flour ~ 1 glass
• Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Carrots - 0.5 pcs.
• Broth cubes - 2 pcs. (You can cook in any broth!)
• Greens
• Salt
Paste on milk
• Milk - 1.2 l
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Flour ~ 1 glass
• Salt - a pinch
• Butter and sugar to taste
Well, and, of course, pies
I prepare the dough in sour milk (or kefir).
For the filling, fry pieces of bacon, then a little liver. Grind in a meat grinder. Combine with boiled potatoes.
I sculpt pies, roll them out thinly with a rolling pin and fry in oil. The pies are soft and do not stale for a very long time. The next day you can reheat - and like just cooked!
From the same dough I prepare verguns. Serve with powdered sugar.
Dough:
• Flour ~ 700 g
• Kefir (or sour milk) - 500 ml
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
• Soda - 1 tsp.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Filling:
• Lard - 50-60 g
• Liver - 250-300 g
• Potatoes - 300 g
• Salt
Well, what about without fried potatoes? The main thing to remember about three rules: rinse, heat and dry (I already talked about this earlier))
