Ingredients:

Potatoes - 250 g

Champignons - 150 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 3 cloves

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all products according to the list. Choose the right amount of ingredients, and if necessary, increase it, depending on how many people are cooking.

Choose champignons of medium size. If small mushrooms come across, they will need to be used whole, the appearance of such a dish will be amazing.

Wash the mushrooms, remove the caps if desired. Cut into large slices.

Peel the onion, rinse, dry. Do the same with a couple of garlic cloves.

Heat a frying pan, pour in a couple of tablespoons of oil, cut the onion in half rings in parallel. Throw in the onion slices, simmer for a couple of minutes and add the garlic teeth.

Peel potato tubers, wash and dry. Cut the potatoes into large or medium segments. Add to the pan. Mix everything and send to moderate heat.

Cook the dish for 15-20 minutes, at the end, grind with salt, pepper, add spices and herbs if desired. Take a sample, check the potatoes for readiness.
