Who among us doesn't like delicious pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce?! Despite the absence of meat or fish products, the dish turns out to be incredibly tasty and satisfying - it can even be served on a festive table!
The type of pasta does not matter, you can use: penne, horns, farfalle, conciglioni, etc. Mushrooms are best purchased at the store, especially if you don't understand them. Of course, pasta with wild mushrooms is much more aromatic and tasty, but such a product is seasonal, and oyster mushrooms or mushrooms can be found in the supermarket all year round.
To create a creamy sauce, purchase cream with a fat content of no more than 35%, be sure to add flavor to the dish using spices, seasonings, spices and fresh herbs. Do not add wheat flour to the sauce, it will thicken due to the presence of boiled pasta.

Ingredients:
Pasta - 150 g
Water - 2 tbsp.
Oyster mushrooms - 350 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Cream 15% - 100 ml
Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Rinse the mushrooms in water, cut them off the mycelium and cut into medium slices. There is no need to grind, as the mushroom slices will be reduced by about half, releasing the liquid. Peel the onions and rinse them in water.
Boil water in a cauldron / saucepan / saucepan and lightly add salt. Load the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until almost cooked, following the directions on the pasta packaging. After that, fold it in a colander and rinse so that it does not stick together, or leave it in the broth.
Pour vegetable oil into the container and place it on the stove, turning on medium heat. While it is warming up, cut the peeled onion into half rings.
Send the slices into a container and fry for about 2-3 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms there. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 7-8 minutes, until the liquid that comes out of the oyster mushrooms has evaporated by half.
Then pour in the cream and mash the entire contents of the container on minimum heat for about 2-3 minutes. It is advisable to use a quality dairy product so that it does not curdle.
Pour boiled pasta to the mushrooms and mix everything carefully. Heat for about 1-2 minutes more and turn off the heat.
Place each serving of the cooked hot mushroom pasta in a creamy sauce on a plate, garnish and serve.
