The cooking process is quick, so immediately peel the vegetables and cut them into thin strips. For the sauce, combine runny honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Cut the meat into thin strips and pat dry with a paper towel. For this dish, the pork is fried using the stir-fry technology, which is frying in hot oil. Therefore, the thinner the strips of meat, the faster it will cook and not be tough.

For the noodles, pour plenty of water into a suitable saucepan, add some salt and bring to a boil. Then lay out the noodles and cook according to the instructions on the package.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over high heat and add prepared pork. Fry it without reducing the heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes. It should be well browned and fully cooked during this time.

There is no need to salt the meat at this stage, because the salt will draw out moisture and it will begin to stew in its own juice. Most likely, salt is not needed at all, because the dish contains soy sauce.

Add the carrots cut into strips to the meat, stir and continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes.
